AI Agent Development · Brisbane

Get your week back from admin.

I set up software that does your repetitive admin, inside the tools you already use. Nothing goes to a customer without your say-so.

  • Trades
  • Clinics
  • Agencies
  • Studios
  • Contract work

Three outcomes.Every build delivers at least one.

Save time

The typing, chasing, and copying between systems stops being someone's job. That time comes back to you.

Cut mistakes

The quote that never went out. The invoice nobody chased. The job booked twice. Those stop slipping through.

Make money

Quotes that go out the same day and follow-ups that actually happen turn into jobs you were losing.

From first session to always-on.

Four steps.

Most owners start at the Workshop. Nobody should buy automation before they can see where their week actually goes.

  1. 01

    Workshop

A few hours with your team and your real paperwork.

  2. 02

    Audit

A few days watching how the work actually gets done.

  3. 03

    Build

Agents built into the tools you already use.

  4. 04

    Keep it running

Kept sharp as the tools change, one more win each quarter.

I test it on my own business first.

Working for myself means the quoting, chasing and invoicing were already my problem. I built my own agents first, and I still run on them every day.

My own brief lands at 7am with what needs me. Everything else is handled, or drafted and waiting on my approval. The rough edges get found on my time instead of yours.

I’ll also tell you when a job isn’t worth automating.

An example of the brief I get each morning. Every line shows its source, and the reply waits until I send it.

  • Your data stays yours

Everything runs inside your own accounts, not mine. If we stop working together, all of it stays with you.

  • Every number is real

The AI is not allowed to invent a figure. Numbers are worked out in code, and the AI only picks which ones matter today and puts them in plain English.

  • You approve what goes out

Every email, quote and reply is a draft until you send it. Each line also shows where it came from, so you can check it first.

Sound. Vision. Intelligence.

Twenty years of my working life have gone into music and video. Both are still open for work, and between them they are the business whose admin I automated first.

Twenty years of studio work. Now I automate the admin around it.

Doxasi Studio is me, Mark. Twenty years of producing and editing came with the other half of the job: the quoting, the chasing, the scheduling and the invoicing, all of it mine, fitted between the actual work. That is the part I now take off other owners.

I build the systems myself, and I scope them the way an owner would: what does this save, what does it put at risk, and what should stay human. You get someone who has run the kind of business you are running, not a developer learning your job on your money.

You’ll never be handed off to a junior, because there isn’t one. The person you’re talking to is the person doing the work.
